Thanks for joining us on our blogging journey!

I'm Katie, a 25-year-old wife, daughter, sister, friend, and doctoral student in the social sciences. My husband, Tyler, and I live in St. Paul, Minnesota and except for the, uh, brutal -30 windchills in January, love it. The people are great and so is the vibe of the city.

We have been toying with the idea of starting a blog for a year or so and figure this is the perfect time to do it. We're expecting a sweet baby girl, Miss Emma Rebecca, in mid-May and want to keep you updated about her and other random happenings around our house.

So, this blog will probably be

a little bit of pregnancy,

a little bit of baby,

a little bit of graduate school,

a little bit of golf,

a little bit of home projects we're working on,

and a little bit of, oh, other randomness.
